BOOKING, REGULAR & EMERGENCY

WAITING TIME
Your waiting time going to the airport is 15 minutes. We may send a taxi or private car to connect you with our Van, at no additional cost to you.
ARRIVAL FLIGHT DELAYS
Our transportation service is monitoring the arrival times of your flight, be sure that we will be there waiting for your arrival.
CANCELATIONS
You can cancel your service at no cost if you let’s know your decision at least 8 hours with anticipation to the scheduled service. If your cancelation call is done after that time, we will charge you a 20% fee for incurred expenses.
PAYMENT
Your payment can be done in cash (US dollars, or pesos) in our office or at the time we pick you up (arrivals & departures); important we accept credit cards in our office or by phone, with an additional charge of 16% IVA tax. For arrival shuttle services, we need to charge you 20% of your total fee to program your service.
